Mac Miller’s indie days are over. The Pittsburgh rapper and his Remember Music imprint have signed with Warner Bros. Records.
The announcement comes after Miller parted ways with Rostrum Records in January. He released two albums on the independent label, his chart-topping 2011 debut Blue Slide Park, and his sophomore album Watching Movies With the Sound Off, which debuted at No. 3 in June 2013.
All future Mac Miller and Remember projects will be released via Remember/Warner Bros. When asked why he signed with Warner Bros., Mac said, “They have Prince.”
It is beginning. See you soon.

To celebrate the signing, he shared a new track, “Just Some Raps, Nothing to See Here, Move Along,” produced by SAP.
You can catch Mac performing alongside Pharrell Williams, Tyler, the Creator, and Rick Ross at the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival at The Park at L.A. Coliseum on Saturday, November 8.
