G.O.O.D. Music’s Common is 100 percent here for Chicago West. The Chi-Town legend has weighed-in on longtime pal Kanye West naming his third child after their hometown.
In a new paparazzo-driven interview, Common didn’t hold back on co-signing Ye’s baby name.
“I love it. That’s incredible. First of all, that’s my family Kanye and Kim. So for him he deserves to be able to name his child Chicago for as much as he does for our city and as much as he loves our city. And that’s a fresh name for a kid. I love it man.” (TMZ)

Earlier in the week, gossip publication TMZ killed hype and speculation about Kim K possibly announcing her newborn baby’s name with a cryptic Louis Vuitton IG post.
We’re told Kim’s Instagram post of the iconic Louis Vuitton print Wednesday that whipped fans into a frenzy was meant to honor Kim Jones, not drop a baby name hint. We’re told Jones — LV’s menswear designer since 2011 — showed his latest collection on the runway Wednesday night, so Kim K’s post was simply a shout-out. Jones also once designed a shoe with Kanye.
