It may sound weird but I was born in many places. I was raised in Cali for most of my life but for some reason I always kept my east coast vibe. I was raised by my grandmother and grandfather up until the age of 13 where I then would live with my aunt up until I moved away to college.

I was always the class clown and had to be the center of attention so I stayed in trouble and failing classes. Ever since I was young I was always able to express myself passionately on paper and found a great peace in it that I couldnt find in many other things. I tried sports but they didn't seem to keep my attention for too long on top of the fact that my grades were not good enough on top of the fact we may not have had the money for it. I think my true ear for music though started coming around my sophmore year.

I was introduced to this little thing called downloading and went buck wild. But I wasn't getting the stuff that most of the kids around me was getting, I was stuff that the teachers probably would have been getting. Im talking bout old school stuff and neo soul and The Roots and Bilal and all people like AZ and I just couldn't understand why people around me couldn't appreciate that music as much as I did. I was starting to write my own songs to beats that I came across. But then here came the freestyling. I would go to parties and hear some people cyphering so I would listen for a sec then come out of no where and get in the mix. I don't know why but for some reason freestyling wasn't enough so whoever was in the cypher became my targets and I would fire. I can remember having dudes ready to fight me because everybody was laughing at them cuz of something I said. I was always told I should follow a career in music but it was just something that was part of me and did for fun.

Besides I had my tv/video class and I could always direct music videos and do some movies in the mix as well. So after barely graduating I packed up and went to Tempe, AZ for the first time and went to film school. I learned so much being on my own at the age of 17 words could never describe. I loved the school because it was very hands on and I could work at a good pace. I did alot of side gigs and use to record live hip hop shows for upcoming artist in AZ, I also got the chance to record Digital Underground when they came through. Through out college my love for music continued to grow. I started out just freestyling for everyone when we where kicking it, to recorded my voice to tape for the first time. It was insane and I've been addicted ever sense. So I was going to school full time as well as working full time as well as trying to do music whenever I had the free time to do it.

It was September 04 when I tried out for The Real World and in Jan 05 I got the call that they wanted me to be on the show, which was perfect because thats the same month I graduated and got my Associates Degree in film production at the age of 19. So I did The Real World in Austin and it was a life changing experience. It really help make me the person that I am today and I couldn't be more thankful. I connected with some cool people down there and even hooked up with a group called King James Version and rocked it with them a lot while in Austin. After the show I kinda did the whole real world thing for a little bit. Traveling, doing school speeches, bar appearances and also a couple of challanges. During that time though a big transformation happened. I met my best friend and girl friend at the time Lorise. She completely help transform a person that freestyled all the time to a true emcee. It was like she knew deep down music was my passion and she help me realize a future in it could be a reality. So I started putting everything I could into it and here we are on my 2nd album. With this one I'm not trying to make people have to choose rather they like the conscience stuff or the club stuff, but rather enhance the listening experience for those in the mood for some mental stimulation.
