Alabama A&M University Alum : Rashad"thapoet" or Rashad Rayford depending what medium I'm in. You can catch me on both stages (theatre,or behind the mic) I have 7 releases under my belt. I was the first spoken word artist to release a mixtape (3 to be exact). I am not a rapper, I am a spoken word artist. I have sold over 10,000 cd's independently in about 3 years. Again this is spoken word.I've performed in over 30 plays, and have performed in 12 states. I put together and went out on the "Talk To The People Tour" which hit 9 cities over the summer of 08. I stay in the studio, so if you need something different on a track holla at me. I have shared the stage with or opened for Major label recording artist of just about every genre of music.
