This profile was edited with Thomas' Myspace Editor V3.2b In 1996 Namedropper is formed as an instrumental fusion based group consisting of Ray Garraway (Drums), Russ Klyne (Guitar) Toby Peter (Bass) and Brad Turner (Keyboards and Trumpet). Klyne, Garraway and Peter were previously known as the rock trio Salvador Dream, which fans and people in the music industry have called one of the best Canadian rock bands ever! Salvador Dream was signed to Warner Music and delivered their original sound from '93 to '96. The next period of time was a musical evolution and mutation into Namedropper, during which they added Turner and began recording and performing in the Vancouver city area. In 98' Klyne began a musical relationship with the Toronto hip-hop artist K-os.The next 9 years with K-os produced a string of successful tours and recordings. 2005 was the year with K-os that finally made it possible to bring Namedropper members Ray and Toby on board to form the bass, drums, guitar triangle of a solid, live, international touring band.Fast forward to the present with a year of touring performances completed,K-os will release the 3rd cd Atlantis oct 10/06.In early 2006 a recent addition in Namedropper has Sean Drabitt replacing Toby Peter on bass. >>
