La formazione esiste dall'Ottobre 2005 e sviluppa uno stile improntato principalmente al rock/blues.
Il gruppo elabora una personale interpretazione del rock e del blues odierni, ispirandosi principalmente allo stile della Jon Spencer Blues Explosion.
Dediti al culto del suono e alla ricerca del groove, presentano un repertorio personale capace di spaziare dai toni duri, più vicini a Motorhead e Nashville Pussy, per approdare a ballads cadenzate e sensuali, passando per il rock'n'roll più brillante ricco di fuzz d'annata e intriganti distorsioni.
I Motorcycleirene violentano le dodici battute del blues usandole come pretesto per miscelare punk, soul e rock'n roll primitivo, dando vita ad una miscela travolgente e incredibilmente sexy, un sound ruvido, a metà tra blues sporco e garage rock, un originale mix di suoni provocatori, crudi ed aggressivi, centrifugati insieme a testi frammentati e taglienti.
Nell'autunno 2007 si unisce alla formazione l'ammaliante armonica di Fabio "Kid" Bommarito che, intervenendo sulla grintosissima trama rock n'roll, completa l'opera donando ai pezzi calde pennellate di vero blues.
Il curriculum dei Motorcycleirene vanta, solo per quell'anno, una decina di esperienze live in diversi festivals (3° edizione Cromatigullio Festival; Feste dell'Unità di Savona e Genova.) e numerosi locali live del Nord Italia. Memorabile il passaggio su Radio Rock FM ad opera di un entusiasta Fabio Treves durante la sua trasmissione "Blues Express" dell' 8 ottobre 2007, che colloca lo stile dei Motorcycleirene tra "blues, rock, nuove tendenze: bravi, bravi, bravi!".
Il 10 gennaio 2008 il ciclone Motorcycleirene si abbatte sul 3° Out Of The Blue's Festival di Samedan, Svizzera, nella splendida cornice delle montagne innevate dell'Engadina. La formazione si esibisce insieme a Davide Speranza Trio, Baton Rouge Delta Blues Band e l'ospite d'onore della serata, il grande armonicista Sugar Blue. Uno show scoppiettante, con il quale la band ha fatto ballare l'intera e gremitissima sala della Scuola Per Falegnami, suggestiva location della manifestazione, ambientata nei luoghi di lavoro più significativi della località engadinese.
Dopo altri fortunatissimi passaggi radiofonici su Radio Rock FM, il 14 aprile 2008 la band sbarca dal vivo su "Blues Express", partecipando attivamente alla puntata con tanto di jam session ed intervista, intervallate al passaggio di alcuni brani freschi di remixaggio.
Di lì a poco, più precisamente il 9 maggio sarà la volta di Radio RCS Verona, che vedrà i Motorcicli ospiti del programma "Rock Legends" curato da Gianluca Merlin, che loderà le affinità tra alcuni brani del gruppo e pezzi di Fleetwood Mac, Johnny Winter e George Thorogood.
Il 2 maggio 2008 la band viene ammessa alle selezioni per il Bordighera jazz & blues Festival; il 29 maggio 2008 suonerà alla VI edizione del Festival delle periferie di Villa
Rossi a Sestri Ponente, Genova; il 20 settembre all'Underground Italian Festival 2008 e il 21 giugno al Crevari Invade, sempre in provincia di Genova.
Il 16 dicembre I Motorcycleirene chiudono in bellezza un già proficuo 2008 con un live acustico a Lifegate Radio, ospiti del buon Fabio Treves.

The formation has been playing for three years, as Motorcycleirene project exists since October 2005, working out an ingenious, iconoclast rendering of today's rock and blues, drawing their inspiration mainly from punk, stoner and seattle sound.
Addicted to the worship of sound and to the pursuit of groove through every musical and expressive mean, what they propose is a truly original repertoire, quite capable of shifting from toughest sounds to rythmical, voluptuous ballads, passing through smooth tunes, typical of a brilliant rock n' roll, full of vintage fuzzs and meddlesome distorsions.
Motorcycleirene violates the blues' twelve keystrokes on the pretext of blending punk, soul and rudimentaly rock n'roll, setting up an overwhelming, sexy mixture, a rude sound, halfway between dirtiest blues and garage rock, an original blend of provocative, harsh, aggressive tunes, centrifugated together with split up, sharp
choruses.
In the autumn 2007 the enchanting harp of Fabio "Kid" Bommarito joins up the formation; interjecting in the gritty rock n'roll plot, it completes the work, giving hot
brush-strokes of real blues to the tracks.
Motorcycleirene's curriculum can boast, only in 2007, about a ten live experiences in several Festivals and Rock contests (3rd Cromatigullio Festival; Festa dell'Unità of Genova and Savona.) and in many live clubs of Northern Italy. Unforgettable the
passage on Rock FM Radio by means of an enthusiastic Fabio Treves during his radio
programme "Blues Express", on 8th October 2007, setting Motorcycleirene's style between "blues, rock, new trends: good, good, good!".
On 10th January 2008, hurricane Motorcycleirene hits the 3rd "Out of The Blue's" Festival in Samedan, Switzerland, in the marvellous, snowy mountain setting of Engadine. The band performs together with blues artists such as Davide Speranza, Baton Rouge Delta Blues Band and special guest, the great harp performer Sugar Blue and his band. A rippling show, which makes everybody dance in the crowded hall of the Carpenters' School, a very striking location for the happening.
After further successful radio passages on Radio Rock FM, on 14th April 2008 Motorcycleirene lands in live broadcast on "Blues Express" by Fabio Treves, taking
actively part in the episode through a jam session and a long interview, staggered by a few recently mixed tracks. A few months later, on 9th May the formation will be given ospitality by Gianluca Merlin during his "Rock Legends" on Radio RCS Verona:
the chronicler will exalt the affinity between their sound and that of early Fletwood
Mac, Johnny Winter and George Thorogood.
Another great satisfaction comes from another radio passage on Lifegate Radio, where
the great italian performer Eugenio Finardi, key personality of the italian prog rock scene in the Seventies, compared Motorcycleirene to the early Jeff Beck's Yardbirds for their malice and their gritty, brilliant groove.
On 2th May 2008 the band is admitted to Bordighera jazz & blues Festival selections; on 29th May 2008 plays at the 7th Festival delle periferie in Villa Rossi, Sestri Ponente, Genova; on 20th September at the Underground Italian Festival 2008 and on
21st June at Crevari Invade, just outside Genova.
On 16th Dicember they end on a high note their profitable 2008 with an acoustic live on Lifegate Radio, received by the great Fabio Treves.
