That is exactly what you get when you listen to Cello Kid's music, feeling.
In the current state of music, genuine talent and emotion is exactly what the world needs. Cello's music brings that and so much more. "I don't just make people listen, but I make them see and feel what I am saying" says Cello Kid.
"Where did you get that?"
A question asked by many when inquiring about his unique sound, is quickly answered from the moment a listener presses the play button. It isn't South, East, or Midwest, but more of a mixture of American regions.
Cello's sound is a product of various cultural and regional influences. Being a military kid, he was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and then moved to Kansas, attended high school in North & South Carolina before moving to Hampton Roads, Virginia. Cello Kid continues to avoid the artistic boundaries placed on most artists "representing" a specific region.
"How did it begin?"
He began playing the cello in the school orchestra at a very young age. A child prodigy, he earned the moniker "The Cello Kid". It wasn't long before he, with the assistance of his orchestra instructor began composing music using programs like Fl Studio & Reason. "I was so intrigued by those two programs I used all the money I had at the time to buy copies for myself" he recounts.
Throughout high school, Cello rapped and produced songs for his friends at school, developing what would become an astounding new skill. By his senior year in high school, he was hailed as a "High school Celebrity", prompting the school to do a story on him for their annual documentary.
"Where is he now?"
Currently, Cello Kid is attending Old Dominion University and honing his skills as a talented artist, producer and songwriter. He is also expanding his creative arsenal by learning to play the guitar, piano, drums and trumpet. Cameron Cloman also known as "Cello Kid," is signed to independent label, Real Events LLC. He is constantly adding to his catalogue totaling to over fifty songs and instrumentals for future placements.
"The Future…"
With a bright future ahead, Cameron's success is inevitable. Despite early success, however, Cameron is still keeping it all in perspective. "All I can say is…well, there is no need to say anything," he states. "I'll just let the music speak for itself, and I'm pretty sure you're going to like what it has to say."
