Rob Dukes (Exodus) & Rob Moschetti Discuss Generation Kill's 'Red, White and Blood'! - Video

DESCRIPTION:
In times when music has become somewhat stale and predictable, Generation Kill has delivered the Heavy Music community a fresh sounding, hard hitting crushing display of adrenaline, via their new album entitled "Red, White and Blood". The band is fronted by Exodus' vocalist Rob Dukes, who joined forces with his good friend Rob Moschetti (ex-Pro Pain & M.O.D.) in order to create music without an agenda.

Ever since their inception, the original concept of the band was to break away from a predictable formula of music. They consciously decided to blend in elements of Thrash Metal, Hardcore, and various other musical styles, in order to embrace their roots. Prove of this sonic crossover of music can be found on their new album "Red, White and Blood", in which each song has its own identity and mood, which gives the band a signature sound without ever abandoning their influences.

The band recently took over the "Heavy Metal Mecca", Duff's Brooklyn, to celebrate the release of "Red, White and Blood" (out now via Season Of Mist). During the Metallic event, we had the chance to chat with members of the band about the formation of Generation Kill, the creation of "Red, White and Blood", and their future plans.

Speaking of the bands future plans, they will be performing at the 2011 "Hixon Helloween Fest" (presented by Horns Up Rocks) on Saturday, October 29 at The Trash Bar in Brooklyn.
