Morticians

Industrial/EBM band from Sweden, formed in 1991. Originally made horror movie inspired songs in a style similar to bands like Leatherstrip, Ministry and Frontline Assembly.



Later their music turned into a minimal type of industrial which was inspired mostly by Klinik and Dive.



Their songs became quite popular on mp3.com and was featured on a CD bundled with one of the first books written on the subject of mp3.



The band was featured on some other compilations as well throughout the years but they didn't release a full length CD of their own until summer 2005 when the label Plutonium Distribution released a new version of their original demo.



The second album, Voidwalker, was released during autumn 2010.
