Morris Brothers Band

The Morris Brothers Band hailing from South-West England have been performing for the past 8 years in rock clubs to large theatres and festivals in the UK and have clocked up over 500 gigs. Featuring Jas Morris (Guitar/Vocals 23 ), Dan Morris (25 - Bass) and D Collings ( 21) on Drums they create a modern rock sound with driving rhythm, soaring melodies and boundless guitar playing.



Jas Morris on guitar was awarded the prestigious UK Guitarist Of The Year 2003 Award from Guitarist Magazine at the NEC in Birmingham a few years back and became a top finalist at the International Guitar Idol 2008 contest held at the International Guitar Show in London last June.



The band have headlined numerous sell out shows (400+ capacity), headlined 6 South West England open air festivals (20,000 capacity) including Air Fusion, Monmouth Rock Festival, BMAD Bike Festival, Harley Club Festival to only mention a few.



One recent headline show by the band at the Phoenix Auditorium in Exeter, Devon this January was a complete sell out pulling in almost 400 people at a ticketed event (some even travelling from Cambridgeshire to see the band)- (please see YouTube clip).



They have worked with and supported such greats as Wishbone Ash, Johnny Winter, Southside Johnny, the Troggs, Chicken shack & Walter Trout as part of their UK tours.
