MOMY, pronounced (Mo-Mee), is an accomplished, multi talented singer-producer-songwriter. His Early working record includes international collaborations with the cream of British R&B and street soul talent (including: definition of sound, phil chill,Carl McIntosh (Loose Ends), Melissa bell(SoulII Soul), mikey craig (Culture Club)) , as well as a fully recorded and mastered album planned for release in Europe (as one half of the Pop/R&B Duo “The Bridge”) and numerous projects in his mother tongue, Hebrew.

MOMY began his Career in Israel, singing and performing from an early age, mastering his vocal skills and gaining an invaluable stage and studio experience.

With a natural passion for R&B, both new and old - MOMY's earlier influences included Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, alongside contemporary artists like Prince, R. Kelly, Mint Condition and Blackstreet, to name but a few.

During the late 90's momy started working on his own solo album, as well as helping to establish the foundations for the local hiphop scene. For example, Momy stands behind the success of Israeli rap sensation "Subliminal" – writing producing and performing with him his breakthrough hit, "Live form day to day". Momy also helmed Israel's first Hiphop-Rnb radio show, the now legendary "Black music Today", a record breaking weekly magazine on national radio.

In 2003 momy completed work on his debut album, Hipsoul. With over 30 songs on a double cd, including 4 major hits, momy's breakthrough statement of Hebrew-based RnB was received with awe and respect. Both critics and crowds alike considered hipsoul a big success. Momy received the coveted "best new artist" award from Akum in 2004, amongst many other notifications.

Hipsoul spawned major hits including "red sun" – a duet with the iconic aunt Gali Atari, "Shetach Hahefker" with subliminal, and the monster summer hit "Move from side to side". After finishing promo duties for hipsoul Momy moved on to other projects, includig production for major hiphop releases as Kele6, Quami del-a fox, Subliminal and others. Momy also produced the mega-hit "How many times" for Shiri Maymon's debut gold –album and has produced additional songs for that album and its' upcoming successor.

Momy's second albm, "Personal import" was released mid-november 2007. Marking Momy's long-awaited dwelling into soulful ballads and groove driven RnB tracks, the album represents Momy's growth as a producer and songwriter, as well as containing installments from reputed songsters Rami Kalynshtein and Arkadi Duchin. The album included the big hit "Watch me now" (Banu Le-ha-ir ta-ir).

Momy is currently promoting "Personal Import" and is forming up a funky band that's about to embark on a mini-tour.
