As Missy May was pregnant she decided to do a studio album for her baby Marie. The remarkable about it is that Missy did that album while she was pregnant and so all the songs got a very special emotion due to her intense use of her voice. The tracklisting contains songs like "Ain’t No Mountain High Enough", "Everything I Do" or "Close To You" – covers of superhits and earworms in a smooth acapella sound.

INTERVIEW August, 2009 (on Austrian TV, German)



At the age of 3 she wanted to become a ballet-dancer but after a while her instructors found out, that she has also a great talent in singing and acting.so Missy changed her training in modern dance, singing and acting.



The next steps were working for the Austrian Kids TV „Confetti“, and being an actress in various movies for example with Maximilan Schell and Franco Nero. She also played in the kids-musical „Fame“ and „Joseph“.



Doing all that stuff she found out that singing gets more and more the most important part for her.



In summer 2004 she met the Producer/Composer team Ludwig Coss & Martin Böhm of MG-SOUND Studios / HitSquad Records and they recorded her first Single:



„Star That You Are“ – which entered immediately the Austrian Top 40 – Peak Position 7.



After a short creative break (Missy wanted to finish school first), they started to work on the debut album.



Another song was released in Summer 2006 called „Loud Music“, and was very successful in Austria. Peak Position 10 at the Austrian Top 40.



The next Single: „Everything Breaks“ came up in 2007 with a great video.

„Born Tonight“ was released on the 11th of May 2007 during the big „Wiener Festwochen Opening Ceremony“ with a great appearance of Missy May presenting her new song for the first time live with an orchestra on the „Wiener Rathausplatz“ with an audience of more than 50.000 people.



Right after that, the Missy May Live Tour started including concerts at the

„Euromania Roadshow“ or at the „Wiener Donauinsel“, the biggest open air festival in Europe.



The last Single: "Party In Gear" was released in Germany in co-operation with Andorfine Music - after 2-4 Grooves brought out a super remix of Party In Gear. German DJ Dance Charts: Top 18
