Lo’Trell Monique

Lotrell Monique was born in New Orleans, La. She and her mother moved to Atlanta, GA where she grew up. Lotrell gets back to New Orleans as often as possible. Although Atlanta is home, she still holds New Orleans near and dear to her heart and considers herself fortunate to have two homes.



Lotrell Monique's style is saucy and sassy. She is an R&B artist with hints of hip hop, pop, jazz, and neo soul influences. There is also a little hint of New Orleans and Atlanta flavor in her style.



Her early influences are the legends such as Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin, Patti LaBelle, Stevie Wonder, and none other than Prince. Of course the late Michael Jackson was a definite influence. She also appreciates many of today's artist.



Lotrell Monique is a fresh and talented artist and songwriter.
