I am an experienced perfomer,vocal coach,session singer and songwriter(PRS) member. I have done lots of live and studio based work including jingles for radio stations and adverts. I have recently recorded tracks for Dave Courtneys film soundtrack and am currently working on my debut E.P which I am recording in Edinburgh. I have performed in lots of venues including,The Astoria London, The Royal Albert Hall London,The Hackney Empire London, The Bloomsbury Theatre London,Chinawhites,Notting Hill Arts Club London.
Oh and couple of years back I won best female artist title at The Urban Voice competition in London two years running and I won £1000 prize best vocalist in a Chicago Rock cafe comp.
Last year I moved back home to Scotland. I love soul music, jazz, rnb,gospel, traditional Scottish songs, folk songs.I love Eva Cassidy, Jill scott, Mariah,lauren,Beyonce,Adele,Maverick Sabre,Cydney Marie Phillips, Whitney,Patsy Cline,Johnny Cash,Dolly.I will be fusing all these vibes into my music. I am not a music snob, a good tune is a good tune.
One of the hardest but one of the most rewarding gigs to date was busking in the Dunfermline high street, very intimate indeed but well worth it as it raised lots of money for Children In Need.
