Born from the creative vision of Chairman Nick Peace (CEO of Million Dollar Dream) and Jose S. Gutierrez Jr. aka Luvva J, Million Dollar Digital was formed in the Fall of 2006 as an exclusively digital label set to change how music is created, packaged and distributed via the channels of online media. Million Dollar Digital is an independent corporation with more than 40 years of leadership and experience in music and media.



Million Dollar Digital is the sister company of legendary Bay Area recording and production company, Million Dollar Dream (one time home to artists like Andre Nickatina, Equipto, Smoove-E, The Jacka, AP.9, Husalah & more). As the leadership behind Million Dollar Dream Nick Peace & Luvva J have recruited a team of seasoned veterans and new artists who will launch Million Dollar Digital as a major player in the evolving world of music. The Million Dollar Digital goals are to change the game and stay ahead of the competition of the ever-changing landscape of music by producing new sounds and taking risks that many others are unwilling to attempt.
