Miles Spencer

Miles' music draws upon a vast spectrum of influences.
Miles has a background of studies in guitar and music theory and has been a Recording Artist since he was 18 years old .
Miles Spencer is a Rock Fusion Guitarist from the San Francisco South Bay Area.
Miles' first instrument was a Sequential Circuts' Pro-One monophonic synthisizer, which he got at 12 years old. Soon he branched out and experimented with Bass, Vocals and, finally, guitar, which he has played since age 17.
On the recordings found on this web site, you will hear Miles playing a 1968 Gibson ES-335 TD, Fender, Gibson, Ibanez, Charvelle and Kramer electric guitars. Miles also plays Fender acoustic steel strings along with many other steel and nylon stringed guitars. These recordings also have tracks with Miles playing electric as well as acoustic 12 string guitars. In addition to this Miles performs lead and background vocals, Some of the keyboards and some of the bass guitars.
Miles Spencer currently plays A 1960 Classic Les Paul Gold Top Re-Issue, A Les Paul Studio and an Ibanez Artcore AXD81. Miles also plays a Fender electric acoustic and uses Marshall, Fender and Vox Amps with Boss digital processing and tuning equipment, Dunlop Heil Talk Box, Yamaha Motif Keyboards, T.C. Electronics, M-Audio triggering, and records on Apple Macintosh Computers using Pro-Tools and Logic Technology.
