VIDEO:

"This videoclip "Smell of Roses" was shot in just 1 day at Theater 1900 in Turnhout Belgium and is produced by Mike Roelofs.eu, styling and set dressing was done by Vera van het Hof and catering by Tanja Verhoeven. Theater 1900 was orignaly build for the world exhibition in Brussels in late 1800, and was rebuild in Turnhout in the early 1900's. After the second world war Theater 1900 was closed. Everything left behind as if the last performance was just a night ago. We kept on "begging" for almost a year to get entrance to this magnificant site, and in the end we've had our permission!

MUSIC:

TIGRE BLANCO is a special combination of musicians. The passion for music that they share, is lived out around the kitchen table. Like a bunch of gypsies, sharp dressed and the hair greased back, a glass of Spanish brandy on the side. This band is therefore best described as Gypsy with a twist. It's like Johnny Cash, Fink, Calexico, Nick Cave, Tom Waits and Everlast raise their glass to Ella Fitzgerald.

TIGRE BLANCO's homebase is Eindhoven -- Holland, and creates rootsmusic with Cajon (Spanish drum) and acoustic guitars. They mix this traditional sound with blues, r & b, pop and rock to a southern and passionate blend: acoustic, cinematic music that could be the soundtrack of a new Tarantino movie. In short: a musical mix with a raw soulful edge.
