Michael is not what most people expect him to be musically- a big soulful voice, with the spirit of a singer from the “old school”. Growing up with influences of gospel and R&B music, Michael developed a passion for soul music. Today, he combines soul and R&B with pop commerciality to create his unique artistry.
Originally from Virginia, Michael found his way to Nashville where he honed his writing and performance skills. As a writer, he has also contributed songs to projects in the US, Europe, Asia, as well as film and television.
