Who am I ???

I started my musial career with exploring the world of Hip Hop in the mideighties, starting with electrofunk and graffiti vandalism in my neighbourhood. Soon my interests expanded and I became interested in all sorts of music and art but mainly electronic music, such as acid & house. Beginning of the ninetees I discovered drum&bass and it immediately became the sound I wanted to play out in the clubs in Berlin.

Besides working in a record shop, going to university and all sorts of other madness I deejayed all over the place and soon became known as one of Germany's finest drum & bass deejays. With hard:edged me and my friends soon had our own label and party series running and held residencies in various clubs such as the legendary WMF Club in Berlin. That's how it started.

Today I'm still dejaying from time to time and hard:eged is still running, not as busy as it used to be but after 10 years at the forefront of the german drum & bass scene I can proudly say I'm still there. I now concentrate more on house music again and release tracks or remixes with my friend Sebo K. here and then. As my main occupation I do artist booking and contracting for various ppl, but mainly for Watergate, one of the most respected clubs for electronic music in Berlin.
