Melatonin

Founded in Mai 1996 by Andy H. as a so called “one-man-band-project”, Melatonin became more and more an experimental field to explore the pontifical function of music and to try to step through this “fog” to find more and more the own originality.
The main elements of the “Melatonic” univers of sound are elements of dark – and darker – metal music and the orchestral elements of classical music.
After releasing his latest album "NINOTALEM" (Dec. 2008), a new chapter of Melatonin's history has started in May 09:
Andy is currently recording new songs with Fatimah Almeida - a brilliant singer and poet from Brazil - with the aim to release a little EP in March 2011.

Gegründet im Mai 1996 von Andy H. als ein sogenanntes one-man-band-project, wurde Melatonin mehr und mehr zu einer musikalischen Laborküche um die pontifikale Funktion der Musik zu ergründen und um den Nebel um die eigene Originalität zu lichten.
Die Hauptelemente der Melatonischen-Klangwelt sind Elemente des Metals dunklerer Färbung und orchestrale Elemente aus der klassischen Musik.
Nach der Veröffentlichung des Albums "NINOTALEM" Ende 2008, begann im Mai 09 ein neues Kapitel in der Bandgeschichte:
Zurzeit arbeitet Andy an neuen Songs, zusammen mit Fatimah Almeida - einer brillanten Sängerin und Poetin aus Brasilien - mit dem Ziel im März 2011 eine kleine EP zu veröffentlichen.
