Memento was born in 2006 and quickly made its mark on the Colombian music scene. Three years later, the group’s high-energy, pop/punk sound continues to mesmerize fans around the country and has caught the eye of leaders in the dynamic Colombian music industry. Memento is now firmly established on the radar of the national media in Colombia and is beginning to make a name for itself with other outlets on the South American continent. Memento is on the fast track.
Known for their ability to captivate their audiences, Memento’s concerts are full of great music, off-the-wall dialogue, and zany stage antics, always leaving the audience asking for more. Memento is currently wrapping up their debut album, which was recorded in Kool Music studios and produced by Sandro Carrero (The Black Cat Bone and Monojet). The album is being mixed by Grammy-award-winner Boris Milan (Carlos Santana, Fanny Lu, and Fonseca) and masterized by Mike Fuller (Marilyn Manson, Juan Luis Guerra, Celia Cruz, and Judas Priest). Under the direction of these highly respected industry professionals, Memento’s first album has what it takes to succeed.
