Instead of being USED by your MIND, USE IT. Think for YOURSELF, make sound DECISIONS, stop listening to the small voice in your head filing you with fear and doubt. Let us try to DETACH FROM THE OUTER WORLD. LIFE is a FLOW of constant MOVEMENT, ENGAGE with the CHANGES…. you are ALWAYS PROTECTED.
We are soooooo TREMENDOUSLY POWERFUL, that it even frightens us. We can CREATE a LIFE which is beyond OUR DREAMS. WE are PURE POTENTIAL, let us realize our POWER and USE IT FOR GOOD.
DAILY PRACTICE helps me find FOCUS and GRATITUDE. Weather it be MEDITATION, YOGA, SINGING, GIVING THE LESS FORTUNATE or DANCING by myself, I am OFFERING HAPPINESS and PRAYERS to the WORLD. And it FEELS GOOD.
I think its important to WALK SLOWLY with OPEN EYES and be IN SERVICE…… SPREAD LOVE and PEACE.
My DEAR FRIENDS, i have to admit, it does not always work out the EASY WAY. Despite, I DO MY VERY BEST and the MORE I PRACTICE the EASIER and more JOYFUL it gets…… and the most important THE MORE ORGANIC it gets.
I have ONE WISH from you, to PLEASE LOVE YOURSELF and be PATIENT and never worry. SOMETHINGS may take some TIME.
