Well, what can I say. I have accomplished much in my life that I can say I am proud of. I have had my ups and downs in this business but for some reason it is when I am down that God brings out the best in me. You see in the eyes of the world I was at the top for a season. I would be lying if I told you that I did not enjoy it. I loved the attention that came with being famous, but it came with a price. Fame happens to be a drug that many in the business are hooked on, and once you get a taste of it and you peak, coming down is a long painful process. I went through the pain and I thank the Lord for it. I cant imagine where I would be today if I did not experience it first hand. Man was I a punch line in my demise but I am forever grateful that he took the time to show me through my mistakes what is real and what is the counterfeit. I know what my calling is now and I know my position in Christ Jesus. Let it be his will and not mine for me to stick around a little longer. Let it be less of me and more of him in every song I do.
