Maxwell Penn is an author,and CEO of Sincere Communications Group.A multifaceted Publishing and Entertainment company based in New York City.

As a child growing up in the city Maxwell was heavily influenced by Hip-Hop music and its m.c.'s.In turn he began writing rhymes,and performing with local groups.His passion for his craft led him to be briefly involved behind the scenes in the music industry as a marketing specialist.Several years later he became disenchanted with the politics of the music industry and bowed out gracefully.

However, he merged his love of music and his knowledge of the industry into a career as a freelance writer for several publications in New York City.

Not satisfied with freelancing he started his own publishing company (S.C.G),Sincere Communications Group;and penned his first novel "Larceny Of The Heart".His mission is to bring honor , and integrity to urban contemporary literature by providing readers with unique story content and superior writing skills.

Maxwell says his views on business,life,and his style of writing can best be described as what he terms "Raw reality".
