MaryJet is an up-and-coming young performer/artist/composer from Halmstad, Sweden, who has been a part in numerous musical groups in the past years. She has now completed on her first solo album, which was released November 3rd, 2008. Most of the material is written by MaryJet herself, and to back her up during recording are some fantastic musicians, as well as producers Mats "MP" Persson and Rickard Bengtsson. The music of MaryJet is described as magnificent, moving, beautiful, ambient pop/rock with symphonic elements.A tour will hopefully being after 4th place on swedish televisionshow "Idol" 2009!
