Mark Catrambone

‘A soulful and original sound’ (Flatt & Alvis) . From his trademark Guild 12-string guitar, harps and voice, Mark brings his own brand, style and arrangements to his unique and traditional songs.

In the early 70's, Mark forged his musical talents playing blues harp and guitar with the americana group, “Chuck Wagon and the Rolling Wheels” . For some twenty years, Mark regularly played guitar, harps, mandolin and vocals with “Glass Castle” ------ Both notoriously americana, folk, blues and traditional music experiences.



In 2007, Mark combined his guitar, harps and vocals with the signature picking style and vocals of award winning singer-songwriter Stacy Keith, at The Dawg House Studio sessions in Nashville, Tennessee. This project proved to be the catalyst for a deeper collaboration between these two americana musicians - initially emerging as "The Heartland Express," the two have further honed their musical endeavors as "The Bodie Travelers".

"The Bodie Travelers" - Mark and Stace blend their wrap around harmonies and individual playing styles, performing original, traditional and selectively, hand picked musical compositions.
