Lou Bond, President and Partner, has been in the entertainment industry for over 15 years in various capacities and has worked in film development at Universal Pictures and taught film at UCLA. Manta also works in the areas of Film, TV, Model/Actor Management, and Graphics.

Jerrold Thompson, Head of Music and Partner, has been in the music industry for over fifteen years. He has been successful at developing artists and musical projects for Motown, LaFace, BMG, MCA, Sony, Epic, and Dreamworks. He is known for his ear for the newest and hottest young talent. Jerrold Thompson is also currently Head of A&R at Hidden Beach Records/Sony-BMG. Their current roster includes Grammy Award Winner Jill Scott, Kindred and BeBe Winans.



A&Rd BeBe Winans Album Dream which was Grammy nominated for Best Contemporary Soul Gospel Album.



Was instrumental in the success of Jill Scotts single Cross My Mind which later won a 2005 Grammy Award for Best Urban/Alternative Performance.
