Representing the Los Angeles Hip-Hop Scene, Mandeep Sethi is a young emcee from Los Angeles, now resisiding in the all mighty San Francisco. Being raised by the 5 elements of hip-hop:emceeing, djing, breakdancing, graffiti, and KNOWLEDGE, Mandeep uses the microphone as a catalst of change, rhyming about social consciousness as as well as cultural awareness. Remaining true to the undefinable essence of hip hop versatility, Mandeep rocks with a variety folks including his hip hop group Weather Undersound (Emassin, Bwan, Mc Humble, Sethi, and DJ Delrokz), as well as Souled Out Underground, San Francisco's legendary Non Stop Bhangra with Dholrhythms, Jimmy Love, DJ Rav-e, punjabi jazz funk dub fusion band Blackmahal w/ Ustad Lal Singh Batti Ji, and Funk/Jazz/Hip-Hop band Bassment.
The music speaks for itself: Upcoming projects include a full length album with Sethi's Crew Weather Undersound as well as a side project with MC Humble, entitle SET&RA. Remember, hip-hop ain't dead just cuz it died inside of you.
