MAKE GOOD YOUR ESCAPE are a rock band based in Brighton, England.



But we're originally from Chichester.



We have a bunch of records out and we're always on tour cos we love it



Apparently, this is what happens when we play live.



"What do you want from a band? Passion? Tons of it. Singer Mike is throwing his heart into every word like his life depends on it. Tunes? Every one a stormer. Think early teenage U2 fire, Chameleons soaring, echoes of 25 years ago, yeah, but shot through with 21st century spirit. Even a bit of Secret Machines power in there too. Energy? They're playing like they're in some rock'n'roll version of "Speed". And talent. Mike can swoop to a Smithsian falsetto and back in seconds. The guitars soar and dive. But most remarkable of all is drummer Steve. Crashing strength, complex fills, relentless pace, fuck, I'm no expert but this lad is extraordinary. When they finish I want to shake their hands."
