MAJOR KEG

Major Keg is a fun loving punk band from the inner west of Sydney. After spending most of their early years playing to no one in a worn down studio in Zen rehearsals, Major Keg decided to venture out and actually start playing in front of real life people.



Over the 9 years of on again off again(due to bass playing issues or travel issues which ever way you want to look at it) we have made 2 records. "All my life" the first e.p in which the song "what a joke" being played national radio. Our second a joint venture release with good friends"My name is john" titled "let the games begin"



Major keg is made up 4 original members. Ade Shipp, Greg Long, Dom Wenden and David Urquhart. Along the way when travel was on the cards, John Neville stepped in and rocked a year away with the keg. Also along the way we picked up one Chris Long(it was not hard he is related to our drummer)



Be sure to come see a show cause thats where Major Keg shine! And have been know to dress up more times than not in what ever tickles their fancy(have a look at the photos)and rock the stage harder than Rod Stewart on viagra.
