BIOGRAPHY James Williams, the rapper known as MacaDon was born on February 18th in 1987. He grew up on the southside of Chicago where he was raised by his mother who was a single parent. Mac began rapping when he was 11 years old and have been improving his rap talent ever since. He recorded his very first song in 1998 with a cassete tape player and a microphone. In 2000 Mac was apart of a rap group called TKO which consisted of family members.



In 2003 Mac and his family moved from Chicago to Champaign Illinois. He attended Central high school where he met aspiring music hip hop producer Eric "E.Z." Weissinger. After hearing Mac's impressive freestyle raps durring P.E. class Eric made a proposal to collaborate with Mac on songs. The two of them became good friends and enjoyed local success with winning music competitions and participating in any music related event they could. In 2004 Mac created a new rap group called the Midwest Go Gettez. He often mentions his group's name in his song to this very day and doesn't plan to abbandon the name despite various groups claiming the same name.

Durring 2006-2007 Mac has recorded nearly 100 songs.

In mid 2008 the former duo E.z. and Mac put their past differences aside and reunited. This time around Mac is under the management and advisement of E.Z. who says

"It's all about making everything count and getting closer to our goals. And we don't need a record deal, we just need a real fans. Like every major recording artist, our success and longevity is in the hands of our fans."

Mac has a mixtape available which wil be releasing by August 2008.
