Lunch Money, or Gamal Lewis, was born in Miami, FL on January 11, 1988. His father, Ian Lewis, is the bass player of Inner Circle, the originators of the widely recognized song “Bad Boys” as well as many other hits. Lunch Money had a passion for rap music since he was 7 years old. The gift of music was his undeniable inheritance as he continued to refine his talent over the years, while being influenced by many legends in the music industry.

Lunch Money grew in musical stature, due to the exposure he received while practically being raised in Circle House Studios, which is home to several prominent artists traveling through Miami, FL, while working along with and being guided by his brother, Abebe Lewis. This opportunity gave him the outlet to feverishly learn, grow and efficiently communicate in the music industry. This has led him to work along side artists such as P Diddy’s Bad Boy Camp and the Cash Money Family. Still as a teenager, Lunch Money had the opportunity to record songs with some of Miami's finest artists such as Trick Daddy, Pitbull, DJ Khaled, and Brisco. He also worked with producers such as Cool and Dre, Red Spyda, The Diaz Brothers and Gorilla Tek to name a few. Also, his talent brought an amazing opportunity to open for platinum selling R & B artists B2K and IMX, and he has even been on tour with the Marley Brothers. Lunch Money's unquenchable thirst for Hip Hop music was crafted and refined by his mentor, Super Producer Salaam Remy, who later ordained him with the name Lunch Money. Around this time he began ghost writing for many major acts in the game. It wasn’t enough for Lunch Money to dominate the music scene but he followed other successful ventures. Lunch Money is known for his charismatic personality which led him to be a compelling interviewer of major influential artists in Hip Hop culture, such as LL Cool J, for his television show Soundbwoy TV. He also founded his own production company alongside fellow Soundbwoy artist Bizerk. Lunch Money is even a part of various positive foundations such as The Source Magazine youth foundation, which help him in his ambitions to reach out to the younger generation of this world.

In October of '06, he signed a record deal with Universal Motown alongside a group called "Bottom Of Da Map", which was a personal project of one of music's major icons, Sylvia Rhone. This led to him working with super producers such as Scott Storch and artists such as T-Pain and LLoyd, and gave him the opportunity to be on the BET College Tour which was featured on BET. Lunch Money is now working on his solo project, which is guarunteed to be a classic album, while also helping to run and maintain his independent label Soundbwoy Worldwide and Circle House Studios. They have been working diligently putting together future projects to be enjoyed by the masses. Lunch Money's talent and experience have matured as he continues to push his lyrical limits and ambitious goals. Everything he lays his hand on has turned in success and his future endeavors surely will follow the same path. Lunch Money is destined to be not only one of the game's most influential artists, but also one of the industry's future major moguls.
