Lucy Champion

Lucy has been a member of Anúna since 1998.



Born in England, UK, she originally trained as a dancer before changing to music at age of 18.



Lucy graduated from the London College of Music in 1987 with an Honours Degree and thereafter worked in London as session singer, teacher and arts administrator.



Since 1998 Lucy has been living in Dublin, prior to that she lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland, from 1993.



With Anúna Lucy took part in the PBS special "Celtic Origins", recorded in January 2007 in Cleveland, Ohio, and took part in the 40 date US tour from October-December 2007.



In December 2008 Lucy was on tour again in the US, promoting Anúna's latest show on PBS, produced by MPT, "Christmas Memories".



In February 2009 Lucy travelled with Anuna to Gothenburg, Sweden for a three day concert and recording schedule and she has just returned from a two-week tour with the group in Holland.
