Lucky Dados

Lucky Dados se formo en 1997 a partir de 3 músicos que venían de diferentes bandas: Pedro Herrero guitarra y voz, Carlos López contrabajo y coros y Carlos Mirat batería.
Desde el principio su objetivo es hacer una música que aúne el rockabilly y punkrock con sonidos tan diferentes como el country y el mas puro swing de los 40s y 50s.
Tras un periodo de conciertos donde primaban las versiones mas que los temas propios, estos últimos empiezan a ser mas numerosos y deciden que es el momento de pasar por el estudio.
Tras la grabación de una demo de 2 canciones y buscar por diferentes compañías sacar su primer álbum, llamado "struck the nerve", con la discográfica japonesa Revel Yell Music, que les dará a conocer a lo largo de Japón a través de radios y revistas. Este álbum es girado por diferentes lugares hasta que les sugieren sacar un cd de 4 temas ("Missing revolution"), que será como un puente hacia su siguiente larga duración. En "Missing revolution" se puede apreciar un acercamiento hacia los sonidos mas duros que será madurado hasta la llegada a principios del 2007 de su nuevo larga duración "Crashem down". Lucky Dados was formed in 1997 by 3 musicians named: Pedro Herrero guitar & voclas, Carlos Lopez doublebass and Carlos Mirat drums. They came from diferents bands and they wanted to make a kind of music that mix rockabilly, punkrock with such diferents sounds as country and 40s and 50s swing. At that time they start doinshows where most of songs were covers and just a few were from their own, but suddenly, in few months they realized that they had so much originals and then began to look for a studio and record a 2 tracks demo cd. After that recordinand a short period of time lookin for a label they signed their contract with a japanese record label called: Revel Yell Music wich release their first album: "Struck the nerve", a crazy mixture of all sounds theyve always loved. After promote the album they are suggested to release a 4 track cd which would be as a bridge to their second 12 track album. So they got into the studio and record "Missinrevolution". That get you into harder sounds and diferent topics in their songs. This "kind of" growinup will be cleary seen when, at the begging of 2007, theyll release: "Crashém dowm", their second 12 track album; plenty of powerfull songs and smoothy rythms.
