Lucid 3

Lucid 3. a three piece band based in Auckland, New Zealand.



Lucid 3 have been very quiet recently.



There have been a few reasons for the silence, individually there have been some big things going on for the three of us.



Victoria is about to launch her solo project and in the coming months she will begin recording the album for release in 2011.



Derek has been has been busy recording, mixing and mastering New Zealand and New Caledonian artist as well as raising his 3 children.



Marcus has been working hard on his solo project. which is a a little bit blues, a little bit Hawaiian and echos with the ghosts of a wartime singalong. It's a treat to hear his beautiful falsetto.



ALSO, Victoria and Marcus have been kept very busy touring in Dave Dobbyn's band. Both have toured New Zealand and the world with the kiwi legend over the last year and a half.



SO. please keep visiting us here at our myspace page! While we're having a break we have taken down the website, so if you want to reach us you can find us here.

We PROMISE to pay more attention to the myspace page.



AND finally, once we've got everything else out of the way we will trek back into the Waitakere Ranges and come up with the fourth album!



Until then, make sure you keep and eye out for Victoria's solo project (for which the name is yet to be confirmed.) And go see Marcus play in his fantastic one man band!
