L.P. Tha Artist! (L-POLITIX)

L-Politix a.k.a L.P is short for Lyrical Politix. His music embodies todays lifestyle and economic structure based on the westcoast style of living. At the same time his lyrics are capable of making you think or laugh, if not both, while the song entertains.



But L.P is more then and entertainer. This well-rounded individual is a Father, Rapper, Actor, Producer and the CEO of Rhymestone Entertainment. His company created the need for Instrumental music in the Retail community with releases from volumes entitled Heated Instrumentals. Mom and Pop stores as well as Major chains all over the west still request copies of the Heated Instrumentals Today.



L.P began his career at the very young age of 15 when he first fell in love with Hip Hop and its culture. He began writing and mixing in the early 90s as well as producing Gold and Platinum artist by the mid 90s. He is best known for his production on one of Rap Musics most influential artist, Rapper/Actor Ice-T. He wrote and produced multiple hits from Ice-Ts Certified Gold Album (Home Invasion) producing the Hit singles G-Style, Imagine That, and Pimp Behind The Wheels.



His first lyrical debut was on a group called South Central Cartels 1st album on a song called South Central Madness. L.P. was also the original M.C. on the unreleased Tupac song featuring Spice 1 called One day at a time. L.P. has also featured on Ice-T's (ICE-T VI) album on a song called Syndicate 4 Ever. He has worked with Records labels Noo-Trybe (Virgin), Giant, Interscope, Def Jam, and Priority to name a few. His most recent television endeavor was a song that was placed in the movie Hero starring Chow Yung Fat.



L.P. is an original Rhyme Syndicate member who has toured all over the world opening for such artist as Ice-T, Public Enemy, KRS-One, 2 Pac, South Central Cartel, the Liks, the Murder Squad, and many others. L.P. is currently working on his debut album entitled Speaker of the House and an E.P entitled Sex & Politix as well as a reality show called Thats The Business which is currently being piloted by Fox. L.P. will definitely be a force to be reckoned with today and years to come.
