LOYALTY

LOYALTY is one of the hottest, if not the HOTTEST artist in the DMV area (DC,MD,VA), he's considered by many one of the rising stars. Loyalty has always had a love for music. As a child, between the ages of 4-5, he would always sing along to the music his mother would play on the radio while she cleaned up around the house, and he would sing along to the music that would get played in the car while he rode in the backseat, since he couldn't reach to see out the window that much he would just sing along for entertainment. LOYALTY started writing raps (in English) when he was in the 7th grade at only 12 years of age. His whole life he knew that he wanted to be a music artist but never knew what kind of music he wanted to do, at first it was English hip hop, a few years later he heard the sound of Latin Hip Hop and Reggaeton from artist such as, Daddy Yankee, Nicky Jam, Don Omar, Wisin y Yandel, & Tego Calderon. It was until late 2006 that he decided to take Reggaeton and Latin Hip Hop serious, after meeting Luny Tunes & Tainy at an in store in a local Latin music store around the way.



After that day Loyalty would download Reggaeton/Hip Hop instrumentals and write in Spanish. He would just sit at home for hours, coming up with songs to record so he could start a buzz through MySpace in the Latin Hip Hop/Reggaeton community in the DMV area. His mentality was the more songs you make and promote, the more promo you will get. Now on the rise along side with fellow artists in the DMV, such as Ol' Skool Ru, the take over has only begun and it's just a matter of time until, you,your friends,your relatives,your parents, etc. hear the name LOYALTY and see what a true artist is all about.
