LOADEAD was born fall of 2003 in Liège, Belgium. From the remains of bands such Hiatus, Scalpers, Magellan dream, Dispell the charm, Skewwhiff(.), the musicians have already some experience on their boots when they start to rehearse ! The original idea was to mix metal and punk like bands such as Motörhead. This influence is obvious on the three first demo's but the album "taste the power" (2009) shows more variety and explore new sensations. Nowadays, Loadead injects heavier thrills in their oldschool style with technical improvements. Enjoy or suffer !
More than one hundred gigs since the beginning in Belgium but also in foreign countries (Spain, Switzerland, England, Germany, Denmark, France, Holland, Luxemburg) They shared bills with bands such as Peter Pan Speedrock, The Bronx, Alabama thunder pussy, Killer, Strychnine, Bad preacher, Gecko brothers, die apokalyptischen reiter, Supersuckers, Stonewall Noise Orchestra
LOADEAD is DEAD (=split !) since november 2010. Rest in pieceGiovanni is currently playing drums and scream in LUIK. Azill is currently playing bass in DEAFENESTRATION.
