Lisa Bernard

Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada Lisa moved to Montreal in 1994 to further her music career.



She immediately hit the Montreal music scene, playing in more cover bands, such as Racine in '94, a tribute to Sass Jordan. Her wind range of vocal abilities has allowed Lisa to front bands of different genre's.



Submittal of her second demo CD in March 2005 got her first record contract in Canada that same month. She recorded songs written by music legends; Aldo Nova, Robert John "Mutt" Lange, and Rick Price.



Her first single, Close Your Eyes received international acclaim, with rave reviews from Asia, France, Germany,, Greece, Texas and Canada; receiving airplay throughout the country, adding Lisa to the Music Library of Canada accepting her as a Showcase Artist and acknowledgment by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and in New Brunswick, charting at 2 on CFAI-FM Rock 105 top 30 in 2006, Thanks to Don and Alex!! Airplay in Lisa's hometown on Big John FM was a memorable moment in Lisa's career. Prelude continues to sell at a steady pace.
