Already known in ATL streets as the most anticipated underground artist of the city, the name and sound of LIL’ C has been ringing in the music industry for over a decade. His roots stem at the heart of Atlanta Georgia’s Westside, where he was raised, and first appreciated his passion for music as a much-needed outlet. Growing up in the depths of the west side’s slums, made LIL’ C no stranger to hustlin', and he quickly learned to squeeze triumph out of lemons. His confident stance on "hard knock" life developed a unique sound which sparked a musical movement that lasted over 5yrs.

LIL' C was 1st discovered at age 12, when a neighborhood street hustler introduced him to K. Robinson, who is now the CEO of successful independent label, Big Oomp KOCH Records. Here, the young Westsider experienced his creations transcend into unanimous sound and spun into CD's all over Atlanta and neighboring States. LIL' C wrote and performed on many hits for the label and is most known for the smash hit "Eastside VS Westside" feat. Baby D. The song, created and written by Corey "LIL' C" Hooker sold over 75, 000 copies in Atlanta alone. After constant radio spins and a video debut in 2001, the song gained LIL' C and the label national attention and 100,000's of fans all over the Southeast region of the U.S.

After the instant success of "Eastside VS Westside", the label asked LIL' C to help compose the album "Lil Chopper Toy" for their current artist Baby D. The project sold over 100,000 copies after releasing the hit single "Stomp That", written and co-performed by LIL' C. These hits are just a couple of many songs created, written and produced by the Rapper and his producer Freddy B. Hall, hit maker for Young Jeezy, Lil Jon & Eastside Boyz, Bun B, 112, Too Short, Young Bloodz, Eightball & MJG, Lil' Flip, Etc. The creations made between LIL' C & his producer inherit the sounds and chants that shaped and molded what we all know today as "Crunk" Music.

Teamed up again with known Atlanta producer, Freddy B. Hall, AKA Jamezz Bonn, LIL' C is fully loaded, cocked, and aiming with precision! Armed with two hit singles "Trap" and "On Fire", the A-Town Prodigy is ready to bang out another new music era for Generation X. His compelling, sound powerfully capacitates the lyrical freedom of Andre 3000 while comprising the character and tone of the late Southern Rap Pioneer Pimp C. This unique combination of true content and rich texture puts LIL' C in a class of his own and his up coming album "Under Surveillance" far exceeds the expectations of listeners worldwide.

"Under Surveillance" has all the aspects of a true down south classic. It's a Quality Creation filled with bass heavy tracks, Gangsta integrity, and a variety of flows packed with extensive lyrics recited by LIL' C. The agility of this record keeps your psyche gripping the speakers in a thirsty crave for more expansion. The project explores the True meaning of life under the radar, and though very familiar with the spot light, LIL' C experienced the beam on a much higher caliber through his mentors Big Meech and J-Bo, CEO and Co-CEO of BMF Entertainment. In a recent web interview He recollects life while under the label and states, "We're ALL being watched and recorded . . . some just more closely".

Besides having a recorded Master Piece under his belt, the spawning Mogul is also wrapping up his Raw Report. Unlike most artist dropping their first LP, LIL' C is already well known and respected locally in the music industry, so it's no surprise that his DVD includes guest appearances by some of ATL's finest such as, Shawty Lo, Lil Scrappy, DFB, Shop Boyz, D4L, Rocco, and more. The young Artist even has an interview with the Vice President of Def Jam, Shakir Stuart who wanted to sign the artist a few years back. LIL' C also recently appeared in "The Real Bankhead Story", a Raw Report DVD that sold over copies. LIL' C's Raw Report focus' on the "Real ATL" and where it all Actually began. This Story unveils the smokey mirrors that currently cover his beloved City. It's definitely a must see for EVERYONE!

Although he’s never dropped an album personally, it’s obvious that LIL’ C is more than ready to bless the music industry with his original sound and ideas. He’s a young veteran ready to stamp his movement and stand for the correction of Hip Hop’s current state. The message in the lyrics he delivers is extremely essential to the voice of the youth, but bangs HARDER than the average hit record. This is the classic that everyone’s been waiting for. A new change COMING TO A HOOD NEAR YOU!
