With more than 20 years in the music industry Our goal is simple, to find the best talent and people that we can; people who are talented yet coachable, hungry yet humble, inspired and inspiring! At a time when many artists' egos exceed their record sales, it is hard to find such talent, but when we do, our goal is to develop them - and make a great product, true art!
Our Business model is very different from that of the traditional company - the artist's are more than just talent - they are partners with significant creative input and control over their projects. Our goal is to not only expose the artist, but to empower them with industry and business knowledge to enjoy long, profitable careers. With the advent of the digital formats (MP3's etc.) and the effect that file sharing has had on music sales, we have found it necessary to become more forward thinking, and use new business models, as those which were successful just a few years ago have now become obsolete and unprofitable.
We realize that the world, at times is a difficult place, and that there are many in need of basic services. In an effort to be an instrument of positive change, we are actively involved with, and 5% of our net receipts go to assist numerous organizations including ONE.ORG and our MINDS AND MUSIC Foundation.
