"Yellow Fever" By Babanuki

A boy and a girl collide one night under Tokyo's neon sky.

Boy plays the guitar, so girl dusts off her bass and after a few riffs, suddenly,

it all just makes perfect sense.

A couple of spins by John Peel, a single featured in "Dirty Sanchez The Movie", a tour of Germany, an EP, a UK tour, a Japan tour, another German tour inc a show in Berlin broadcast on Radio eins, full page features in Artrocker and Connected magazines, an ALBUM release in Japan, another Japan tour this time involving TV appearances on Fuji TV's "Factory Live" alongside Cornelious and "Elvis Wanted", a storming set at Duran Duran's aftershow party in Tokyo, another single, playlisting on NME radio, a new drummer, another video later and they're ready to take on the world.

Which they're doing by completing another successful tour of Japan, and releasing another single in the UK to much acclaim (see below).

"It’s a pop punk extravaganza and it’ll have you bouncing off the walls like Timothy Leary suffering from ADHD whilst astride a huge space hopper"

Von Pip Musical Express "Fully Loaded" interview

The Guardian

"It’s punchy, it’s visceral and it’ll make you check your iPod hasn’t blown a fuse (do iPod’s have a fuse?) what more can you want from a single?"

Loud Horizon

a great undiscovered Phil Spector girl-group”
