LEGION

Formed and based in Central New Jersey by Guitarists Frank and Joe Adamo - along with Drummer Collin Bianchi. Legion is a hard driving, powerful and melodic Heavy Metal band. The band's sound and song-writing style has been critically acclaimed by many in the Hard Rock and Heavy Metal media. In early 2001 the band set off to create their debut album "Shadow of the King". In the summer of 2004 Legion printed a four song demo as a sampler. Inspired by the many favorable reviews of the demo, the band finished recording and mixing the album in early 2005. Released on June 15, 2005 "Shadow of the King" immediately received rave reviews both overseas and abroad - culminating in Legion being offered a spot on the German "Heavy" Magazine's Metal Crusade XI CD sampler (with the track "Medicine Man" being selected for the CD). In 2006 Majestic Rock Records re-released the album the album in both Europe and Japan. Since then, the band has been primarily focused on the follow-up to "Shadow of the King" while receiving both local and world-wide radio airplay, as well as more stellar reviews and interviews (Highlighted by being selected for Tony Iommi's "Black Sunday Radio Show Series 2"). Currently the band is seeking a new Record label, Management Firm and Representation - as well as finishing writing, recording and mixing material for their new album.
