A study of guitars in the song Hysteria by Def Leppard. This version shows a pick and palm mute technique that provides a closer emulation of the sound achieved on the album version. An authentic Def Leppard metal pick was used for this recording. As a side note, this is the song that inspired me to learn the guitar. This video is for academic purposes only.
