about Last Diary



The Band "Last Diary" was formed in the middle of 2004.

The first cast consisted of only three members: Daniel as guitarist and singer, Lars playing the four-string guitar and Maik at the drumset. But soon enough they realised that the musical change they had undergone strongly called for a second guitarist and a separate singer for the screamed verses and mosh-parts.



At the beginning of 2005 Pat joined for sceaming and a little later Beuke started the game as second man at the guitar. From that point on Last Diary were complete and they finally put the finishing touch to their music, a mixture of metal, hardcore and bloody good portion of solid rock.



The new members brought the hoped for new influences. So beautiful lead-passages and doubled tunes, coupled with groovy choruses and some solo- and mosh-parts make Last Diary a band creating their own sound, making it difficult to compare them to other bands.



As soon as they had enough songs in the bank they hit the stage for the first time. Although the members performed together for the very first time, the feedback was entirely positive which gave the group just another motivational updrive. But they first of all returned to their rehearsal-room again to choose a selection of their songs for recording.



After they brought out the professionally produced 4-song-mini-cd called "The Passion Of My Bleeding Heart" in co-operation with Lars Dietrich, who works with bands like "Caliban" and "Deadsoil" at the beginning of October, they played a couple of shows and mad the people talk of them. Not only on german soil. The guys of "Last Diary" Have only one simple plan. They want to rock your fucking asses all over this planet. !!! ;-)
