Game Over. Se acabo la partida. Bueno, no es el del todo cierto. La banda ha perdido una de sus cuatro cabezas al poco de empezar con los preparativos de la grabacion. Aitor Abio ha dejado el grupo y el final de una etapa ha llegado a TT L.T. Este 5 disco del grupo que conociamos como cuarteto lo ha preparado un trio, power trio que llaman los angloparlantes. Si bien Aitor esta en el disco, ha tomado parte en la grabacion, pero el grupo ha sufrido un cambio. Esto ha traido consigo un disco mas fresco y directo, con mayor espontaneidad, no porque las cosas se hayan trabajado menos sino porque las canciones cuentan con estructuras mas sencillas, sin perder el sello del grupo, primando mas la melodia. Tal y como hicieron en el primer disco acometen esta grabacion con mayor libertad, utilizando el estudio como un instrumento mas, primando los juegos y las improvisaciones, gozando de la grabacion. Cerrando ese ciclo del que hablabamos, haciendo un guio a la improvisacion o al azar que dio nombre al grupo. Que hayan abierto los brazos a la improvisacion no quiere decir que se hayan perdido en pasajes confusos o que las canciones tengan complicados giros barrocos. En estas canciones han ido directos a la esencia del rock, entre otras causas por la apreciable influencia de grupos como QOTSA, MUSE Los textos, otra vez de la mano del grupo, versan sobre las relaciones y conflictos individuo-sociedad, con la particular y a la vez afilada vision habitual del grupo. Hemos mencionado desde el principio que nos encontramos al final de un ciclo. Esto sin embargo no quiere decir que estemos ante el final de una banda. Los TT L.T. que conoceremos a partir de ahora seran nuevos, unos TT L.T. que abordaran un nuevo concepto, que comenzaran a pensar como un trio, con el cambio estetico y musical que esto traera consigo. El primer paso lo daran con los directos, ya con la mencionada formacion trio. Game Over es un trabajo que abre puertas, a que riendonos del titulo, Game Over no es el final. Partida amaitu da. Tira ez da guztiz egia. Taldeak zituen lau buruetatik bat galdu du, Aitor Abiok taldea laga behar izan du diskoaren prestaketa lanetan hasi bezain pronto. Etapa baten amaiera heldu da TT L.T.enera.Laukote bezala ezagutzen genuen taldearen disko hau hirukote batek prestatu du, power trio deitzen diote angloek. Aitor egon badago diskoan, grabatu grabatu du, baina taldean aldaketa bat izan da. Honek disko fresko eta zuzen bat ekarri du, bat-batekotasun handiago bat, ez gauzak gutxiago landu direlako, kantuek egitura soilago bat hartu dutelako, taldearen zigilua utzi gabe, melodia indar eta garrantzi handiagoa hartuz. Lehenengo diskoan egin bezalaxe askatasun handiagoaz ekin diote lehen diskoaren grabaketari, estudioa beste musika tresna bat bailitzan erabiliz, inprobisazioak edo jolasak bere garrantzia hartu du, arestian aipatu ziklo hori itxiz, taldeari izena eman zion inprobisazio edo kasualitateari omenalditxo bat. Inprobisazioari lekua uzteak ez du esan nahi alta zirriborroetan galdu direnik, edo kantuek marrazki barrokoetan nahastu direnik, rockaren esentziara jo dute abesti sorta honetan, besteak beste QOTSA edo MUSE taldeen eragina ikus daitekeelarik. Testuak, berriz ere taldearen esku, hasiera hasieratik taldearen kezka izan diren norbanakoa eta gizartearen arteko gatazka eta gorabeherak lantzen dituzte, ikuspegi pertsonal sotila bezain zorrotzarekin. Hasieratik aipatu dugu ziklo baten amaieraren ateetan gaudela, honek ez du esanahi taldearen amaieran gaudenik. TT L.T. ezberdin bat ezagutuko dugu hemendik aitzin, kontzeptu berri bati aurre egingo diona, hirukote bezala pentsatzen hasiko dena, honek suposatuko duen aldaketa musikala zein estetikoarekin. Lehendabiziko urratsa zuzenekoetan emango dute, jada hirukote gisa. Game Over ateak irekitzen dituen lana baita, Game Over izenburuari trufa eginez ez baita bukaera. Game over. The game is over. Well, this is not completely true. The band has lost one of its members soon after they started with the preparations of the recording. Aitor Abio has left left the band, and PILT has arrived to the end of a stage. Their fifth disc known by all as a quartet is in deed a trio, power trio known by english speakers. Although Aitor is present in the disc by taking part in the recording, the group had experienced a change. This has brought a more fresh and direct cd. It is a more natural cd, not because the recording is less laborious, but the structure of the songs is easier. This time they kept their own stamp by prevailing the melody. Just as they did on their first cd, this recording is undertaken with more freedom, by considering the studio as another instrument, and giving priority to impromptus, i. e. enjoying the recording. The fact that they have opened their arms to extemporization doesnt mean that they have lost their way neither into confusing passages or between complicated baroque turns. With these songs they have managed to arrive directly at the essence of The Rock, among other things, thanks to the noticeable influence of groups such as Qotsa and Muse. The lyrics, that once again are written by the group, deal with relationship and conflicts with between the individual and society, with the particular and sharp approach of the band. Since the beginning we have mentioned that we are at the end of a cycle cycle. But this doesnt mean that we are facing the end of the band. The PLT that we are going to see now is a new band approaching a new concept; they will start thinking as a trio with the aesthetic and musical change implied. Live concerts will be their first step, already as a trio. Game over is a piece of work that opens door, even though you may laugh at the title, Game Over is not the end. You always get over a Game Over with an Insert Coin.
