Life's All Over. Think of it in a positive way, and you'll understand a great deal of what this band is about. Life is everywhere. And the band live's by that motto- taking their music and their message all across the country.

L.A.O. is one of the nation's brightest up-and-coming bands. Their aggressive rock style is fueled by an intense, engaging live show that would be hard to match. An undying, uncompromising passion for music ignites a work ethic that most bands could only dream of having.

After developing a sound all their own and playing over 150 shows throughout the Los Angeles area, L.A.O. hit the road in Jan 2004 and didn't stay put for a whole year. During the next twelve months, the band booked their own tours around the country, and continued to expand their rabid fan-base in Los Angeles. Playing over 200 shows in that time frame, certain members of the band couldn't take the commitment. Those who couldn't were left in the wake, and a solid line-up of die hard's was established. The band, who now consists of founding members Brian Lerner (guitar) and Blake Kasemeier (vocals), Ryan Johnson (guitar), Ty Coughlin (bass), and Jeff Shoup (drums), is ready to work as hard as it takes to get their music out to the masses.

Upon returning from a six week stint with Look What I Did over winter, L.A.O. wasted no time in taking the next step. The band spent the following four months writing, recording, and producing their newest release, "The Honesty Of It All." Not wanting to get lost in the shuffle of CD's that you can just as easily download for free, the boys agreed to make theirs something special- they included an hour long DVD and created all of their own artwork. As soon as the album & DVD were completed, the band hit the road for the longest tour of the summer (they played more dates than Warped Tour!). Three solid months of independently booked shows propelled the band into a league all their own. For a band with no label support, no promotion other than their own, and no booking agent, L.A.O.'s accomplishments are quite astonishing.

The band is now home from their summer tour, geared up to move to Nashville, TN. Here the band began writing in a house together, while further developing their fan base on that side of the country. Many shows later, a batch of new songs, a couple of tours, and a new demo done by producer Enoch Jensen, the band has decided to call it a day.
