Welcome to my world.The World of Lamonte.The sometimes, road manager, sometimes dj, sometimes producer and FULL TIME GRINDA. I run and operate a entertainment company called Next Mill Entertainment.It's a Management/Consulting/Production/Marketing & Promotions Company. We manage Wordsworth, OC, and El Da Sensei. As you can see their music is up on the page so take a listen and drop me a comment on what you think about it. I got started in the music business interning at Island Records and from there moved on to Payday/London Records where I met OC who was signed to the label at the time. While at Payday I met J-Live who was working on his debut album at the time and we became cool. I also met and tried to sign Wordsworth while I was at London Records before the Lyricist Lounge TV show took off. From London I went to work at the management company for J-Live at the time called Seven Heads. I went on to road manage J, work with Unspoken Heard, Djinji Brown and the company also picked up El Da Sensei who I bonded with the most while I was there. We build a tight relationship that is still in tact til this day. After leaving there I started my own company and never looked back since. That's my story in a nutshell.for the long version wait for the movie cause it's coming.AHAHHAHA. Next Mill Entertainment, we got rappers, poets, dj's producers, actors, singers, song writers.
