My main gig is to be the guitar player in Partyproviders, which is a fabulous party trio from Ljungby in the southern part of Sweden. Occasionally I also write a song or two and that music is what can be heard on this site.

Below are some comments about my own stuff from various sources: ."The new tracks ROCK!!! They're way better than a lot of the stuff I get that are actually on bigger labels. It's your turn now, definitely so! GREAT!" /Janne Stark - guitarist & journalist "Sweden Rock Magazine" & "Fuzz Magazine".

"I loved that man. Very cool tones and textures. The intro was killer with those tones and I very much like the sitar melody part. I like real sensitive stuff like that ya know. Thanks for sharing your stuff broKeep doing more. I tell ya.If you did a whole song in that style with accoustic, banjo tones and sitarI would love to hear that. Very unique." /Doug Aldrich - Whitesnake, about "The Little Italian"

"Very nice stuff. You have a real smooth manner to your playing. Very cool." /Dave Weiner - Solo artist, guitar player Steve Vai & The Breed.

"I love the approach you have in your stuff" /Joop Wolters - Guitar Wizard

"Nice to listen to. You play very well, clean & nice. Very impressive. A lot of good ideas in your playing and well performed. I would love to see you perform live, I think that would make me very happy". /Magnus Olsson - Ibanez & DiMarzio Guitar Wizard

"Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich beat Guitar Player to discovering Karlsson, and I agree with Aldrich’s review that this song has “very cool tones and textures.” It also boasts some very twisted lines, intense shredding, and a sitar melody." /Guitar Player magazine sep 2006 about the song "The Little Italian"
