So the time is finally here.the Big News!



We have started a NEW band, American Sunseekers!



When we got together during the summer to do the shows in WNY, it felt amazing! We remembered the fun we'd had and the opportunity y'all gave us to write and perform music. So we started putting together some new songs and something strange happened.at first we just thought it was the NEW vibe we were putting out to each other. But the thing was, EVERYTHING was NEW. We played different, we interacted different, the songs were different.we were like a brand new band, except we already knew how to be a band. Klear is and was, a great band. We don't want to take anything away from that.which is why we started the American Sunseekers.



American Sunseekers features:

Fred Shafer - vocals/guitars/piano

Bruce Wojick - guitars/vocals/banjo/lap steel

Denny Pelczynski - drums/percussion/vocals

Paul Yates - bass/upright bass/vocals



The boys were also joined by organ/piano/keyboardist Dan Delano (y'all remember him from Klear) in the studio and hopefully live as well.



We ALL realize that this is going to take some time and understanding in moving forward. We want to thank everyone who was a part of Klear, Joe Caffarella, AD Lewis, Eric Critteden, Jaime Holka and Mark Pirolli. Most of all to our brother and friend, Leo McDonald, for all of the dedicated years. And thank YOU.for always supporting us, coming to see us and helping us live out our dream!



So what does this all mean.? Klear IS NOT broken up, just on hiatus. Klear is a huge chapter in ALL our lives, we are just starting a NEW one.



THIS site will be converted and updated to the NEW American Sunseekers myspace in the next couple weeks. The address and music will be updated, but your links will not have to be. This sites new URL will be www.myspace.com/americansunseekers. A separate site with this current URL, myspace.com/klearband, will be set up to access music and videos from Klear. So all you have to do is sit back and enjoy.

We will post the NEW Music, Photos, Videos, Blogs etc in the next few weeks. In addition, we have a list of Tour Dates ready to be posted for you guys to enjoy.



Thank you so much for all of your support, love and friendship. We hope you will be as excited about our new band and music as we are! FYI, American Sunseekers will always play some of your favorite Klear songs.so the music will always LIVE on! Thank you so much and we can't wait to see you guys at the show.
